I'm lucky to have a client who is also a life coach that is willing to help me find my balance. I was given some simple breathing techniques today and even that little bit can make a big difference. Today was the first day in a year that I stopped "working" at 7pm. It's quite common for me to work until 2 or 3 in the morning and you cannot sustain that lifestyle.
Believe me, as a business owner, it's highly possible to work around the clock, but really try to set a firm stopping time. So, with that said, I'm starting to take my own advice. If you find you can't accomplish this balance on your own, look for a good life coach to help you transition your habits and learn to deal with your stresses better.
